City of Flint MDEQ Grant:
AEM Group Environmental Services, in conjunction with Environmental Consulting Solutions, LLC, has been contracted to custom design vapor intrusion mitigation systems for a large redevelopment project in the City of Flint, with grant funding provided by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ). The $499,995 Brownfield Grant will be used to revitalize and safely reuse multiple properties along the Saginaw Street Corridor in Flint, including the redevelopment of housing and commercial space. Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget Services Design and Construction Division ISID:
AEM Group Environmental Services is proud to announce that we have been awarded an Environmental Services ISID (Indefinite-Service, Indefinite-Delivery) contract with the Michigan DTMB (Department of Technology, Management and Budget Services Design and Construction Division). Under this contract AEM Group will provide professional environmental services, technical staff, and support personnel on a variety of state or federally funded cleanup sites. AEM Group may perform a broad range of environmental and engineering services to bring impacted sites to an closure in accordance with regulatory requirements. Project tasks may include environmental and engineering services associated with investigation/study, remediation design, design development, and bidding documents, vapor intrusion system design pilot testing and installation, and operations and maintenance, as well as services related to ecological risk assessment, forestry, wetlands, streams, and lake restoration, as well as landfill maintenance and monitoring on a statewide basis.
